Japan meets Belgium in Taiwan

Let's take a moment and enjoy a cultural collision.

I had the most delightful breakfast. A fresh waffle in true Belgian style with stuffing (I chose cheese because I was craving protein) and an iced matcha (Japanese powdered green tea) latte. All under $100NT.

I think I've formed an addiction after one experience.

By the way, last week was full of adventure, so I will be backtracking in my next few posts in order to catch up :-P
